UQRCS provides a range of accommodation options for students at each UQRCS site. The options may include residency at University owned or leased premises, use of hospital staff accommodation or rental subsidies for couples/families whose personal circumstances will require alternative arrangements.
View the UQRCS Administrative Guidelines for more information:
Typically, University owned or leased accommodation is fully furnished and contains a standardised inventory. Residents are expected to make their own arrangements for the acquisition/supply of any additional goods and chattels. In the case of University owned or leased accommodation:
- Broadband internet services are available to each premises.
- UQRCS does not provide telephones as one of the services routinely available to residents. UQRCS will make a contribution to the expense incurred by a resident who arranges a telephone service at a unit where no previous telephone service has existed.
