Clinical students interested in research are invited to look at the projects available at QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute. Our research is focused on cancer, infectious disease, mental health and chronic disorders.

We have opened our current scholarship round and potential clinical students (open to domestic and international students) interested in the intercalated pathway are strongly encouraged to apply. We have a number of projects that are flexible for clinical students.

There are also opportunities to get research experience through the Summer Research Scholarships - look for QIMR Berghofer projects! You can also volunteer as well to gain some research skills. Hear more about these options at our August 16 2016 Student Open Day (http://www.qimrberghofer.edu.au/events/studentday).
