A career in medicine is challenging, rewarding and ever changing. As in every area of our lives technology is expanding the scope of our practice. The expectation of the public is to live long and fruitful lives with health matters sidelined as much as possible due to our increased knowledge and capability through research.

Becoming a medical student – a challenge in itself; is your first step on this path. You will find yourself excited and perhaps confronted by choice and having to make decisions with so many things to consider. Employment opportunities exist in spheres you may not yet have imagined.

Greenslopes Private Hospital Information Sessions - Private Hospital Stream (PHS) 2020 Internships

Greenslopes Private Hospital in conjunction with the Greenslopes Clinical Unit will be running some information sessions for final year international medical students who are eligible to apply for 2020 internships under the Junior Doctor Training Program Private Hospital Stream (PHS). Students are welcome to attend the sessions in person or join via Zoom.

Time:  11.00am–12.00pm

Venue: UQ Tutorial Room 2, Lower Lobby Level, Greenslopes Private Hospital, Newdegate Street, Greenslopes.

Planning for the PHS in 2020 is in progress. The Expression of interest application dates for 2020 interns have not yet been finalised.
